Automobile technologies are concerned with human comfort, safety, and environmental friendliness. But in achieving these automobile technologies we have to compromise in some parameters. For example, if we want speed then we have to somewhat compromise with human comfort and environmental friendliness. But in the future, we will be able to enjoy all these parameters in one vehicle. There are some technologies which are in the queue or already in vehicles. These technologies will be the heart of future automobile technologies.
1. SAFETY
Here are some of the features which are added or could be
added and improved in the future near to enhance human safety.
1) Air Bags and safety belts
Accidents may occur whether it is the fault of the driver or not. But vehicle companies try their best to reduce the life risk when an accident occurs. Airbags are provided with vehicles to minimize the head and neck injury while collision. When a vehicle got a collision during an accident the airbags automatically came out to save the driver from the serious head injury. When a vehicle detects any kind of collision it automatically gets out airbag from dashboard so that the damage could be minimized. Safety belts are provided and are recommended to use while driving. As they reduced the risk of drivers to go out of the vehicle when any kind of mishap happens.
2) Improved back view
From past years back view mirrors are used to see the back view of the vehicle so that any kind of damage could be avoided. Now from past few years, back view cameras are used in some of the latest cars which provide an excellent back view so now damage during reversing the car is minimized.
3) ABS
ABS is the abbreviation of the Anti-Lock Braking System. It
is the system of brake which enhances the risks of accidents and damages. It
prevents the tires from locking while applying brakes. It has many pros and
cons that limit its usage. Like it has been already tested on ice and many
other difficult surfaces. It has been also tested for traction control and it
has higher resale value. Nowadays ABS is part of many latest vehicles.
2. HUMAN COMFORT
Now we will discuss how the human comfort concept is now and
what will be in future advancements in that particular technology.
1) Thermal comfort
When we talk about thermal comfort we usually discuss the
inner environment of the vehicles. Nowadays almost every vehicle comes with
thermal comfort units. They provide enough comfort for the maximum seating
capacity of the vehicle. It does maintain the temperature inside the vehicle
but also maintains air and ventilation.
2) Seating comfort
A man can do his work effectively if he feels comfortable during his work. If there is no comfort during his work, he may get bored or distracted. It does not depend on how much he likes his work. Uncomfortable environment can lead work to a disaster. So if a driver who has to drive long hours then his seating comfort should be so that he can do it without getting any tiredness. Many vehicle manufacturing companies have improved their seating comfort according to the demand. They have increased the seating comfort up to a high level.

3) Driving Comfort
Driving comfort is related to all the tasks a driver does
while driving. There are many things that have been changed to make driving
effortless. It includes many things like one is manual transmission to
automatic transmission of gears. The back view technology has also been
improved which is mentioned in the previous section.
3. SPEED
Although man has improved in terms of speedy cars in this technological
world. But the man has come far from word limit. So in today's world, the man
is going for more and more in terms of speed also.
Here we will discuss some of the some features which have improved speed or
going to improve speed in the future. When we talk about the speed of
automobiles there are some factors which have to include are weight,
performance, efficiency, and air and fuel ratio. Every year automobiles
manufacturer came up with some models which are modifications of their previous
models. But here we will discuss some basic improvements which should be made
to improve speed.
1) Air Intake/Turbo Chargers Superchargers
The performance of a car is directly affected by the air intake. If the air intake of a vehicle is good then it can perform well in all manners including speed. If you want to improve your car speed then air intake is the first thing you have to work on. Nowadays air intake is increased by turbocharger and supercharger. The internal combustion engines have served man for a long
time. But due to their carbon emission, mankind is shifting toward green and
environmentally friendly fuel. Many countries have started making policies on
electric and hybrid vehicles. So in the coming years, there will be electric
vehicles everywhere.
2) Green fuels
Green fuel will help us a lot in fighting our battles
against carbon emission. We have to build a sense of awareness about green
fuels so that we can win our battle against climate change. We have to produce
such fuels that can provide us the same performance as other carbon emission
fuels.

3) Solar Vehicles
The world is also going towards solar energy as it is cheap, easily accessible and its Maintenance cost is also less. There have been many solar vehicles developed during recent years. These will help us in saving our earth.
